This is a 2 round panel that pinpoints the terminal SNP below FGC11134 (Including CTS4466 subclades) . This panel is suggested when you have tested FGC11134+ or any downstream markers like e.g. CTS4466+ or if your Y-STR results clearly predict that you belong to this haplogroup.

The first round tests 4 important markers and gives you an answer to which major category you belong:

In the second round we work down the branches iteratively until we have found your position on the given tree.

The test is completed when the unique phylogenetic position on the tree has been determined. YSEQ is reserving the right to replace SNPs by phylo-equivalent substitutes.
