This panel is an upgrade from PowerPlex® Y23 to YSEQ-Alpha-Beta.

If you have tested the markers of the PowerPlex® Y23 panel before you can upgrade to YSEQ's Alpha-Beta (or FTDNA's Y37) standard markers with this panel.

The following STRs are going to be tested:
DYS388, DYS426, DYS442, DYS447, DYS449, DYS454, DYS455, DYS459, DYS460, DYS464, DYS607, CDY, and YCAII.
