If you test positive for SNP S768, you belong to the same branch of the descendants of Sir John Stewart of Bonkyll (died 22 July 1298) as the Duke of Buccleuch, a descendant of King Charles II Stuart. Six SNPS that are specific to the Lennox Lines were found via his Full Y test. If you test negative for SNP S768 you will test negative for all of them.
