it took more than 3 months and still in process i do not recommend this product at all

The Wish a SNP order was placed 2 and a half months ago, so the order for the single SNP test was placed later.

It is important to understand that new SNPs where we need to design and order primers for testing take significantly longer than SNPs where we have the primers already in stock. The 3rd party company that manufactures the primers takes more than a month to manufacture them and the shipping over the Atlantic is slow because there are currently less flights. Customers who order a completely new SNP should expect a 4 month delivery time.
