They lost the first sample kit and after request they sent another.

We haven't lost your sample, it simply didn't arrive in the mail. We have sent you a free replacement kit and we did receive it back on 10/25/2019.
I can't tell if this was your first sample kit or if it was the second one.
We have extracted your DNA and it is stored in our freezer. However you haven't ordered any DNA tests. We'll process your DNA analysis as soon as we know what you want to get tested.
For clarification: A DNA Extraction is not a DNA test by itself. It's just a preparation so that testing can be done. If you order a DNA test from our catalog at YSEQ, we'll deduct the price that you have paid already for the DNA extraction.
