Checkout: Review your order and click "Checkout" button to proceed to the shipping, billing, payment page. Pricing: You will receive an order confirmation with exact pricing within one business day. Tax and shipping will be calculated locally and displayed in your order confirmation as well.

Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel an online order by emailing us at info@yseq.net within the first thirty (30) minutes after your order was submitted. You will receive a refund. Applicable fees (e.g. transaction fees or currency exchange fees) can't be refunded. All refunds will be given to the original credit card or PayPalTM account on which the purchase was made. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to reach you or be charged back to your account.

Estimated delivery dates include YSEQ's handling time, and will depend on shipping service selected and receipt of cleared payment. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.
Handling Time
YSEQ will usually ship a DNA-sample collection kit within two (2) business days of receiving cleared payment.
Returns
You don't need to return your unused DNA-sample collection kit in case of order cancellation.
